After the homecoming program at the high school, it was lunch at
Missy's down the street. We all remember it as it was known when
we hung out there as Tee-Cee's Drive In, just south of the high

| Joy Harris Privette (our classmate) had a stroke shortly after Homecoming, and was in the hospital in Tyler, TX. The stroke was caused by a clogged artery and she is being treated with medicine and the prognosis is good. However, she will have a long recovery process. Please keep Joy and her family in your prayers. Her mailing address is 4594 EFM 852, Winnsboro, TX 75494 if you would like to send her a card. Joy and Gerald were in Guthrie for Homecoming two weeks ago, and several of our classmates including Joy and her sister Vicki, ate lunch and went to the parade together. We hadn't seen Joy since our last class reunion so we really had a nice visit and enjoyed seeing her. -- Sherry Canning |
